• We realized something simple: most people don’t have the time or patience for a traditional remodel.
• A full kitchen or bath remodel can take 4+ weeks. That means:
• Multiple trips to the store
• Endless material selections
• Budget stress
• Hotel rentals
• Eating out every night
• Packing and unpacking every cabinet
• It’s a major hassle. And most homeowners don’t know what they don’t know — until it’s too late. They make costly mistakes, get overwhelmed, and end up settling for “good enough.”

Budget.

• We realized not everyone has the money
• As of January 2026, a google search of “Seattle Kitchen Remodel Pricing” gives a value from 35,000+ for minor cosmetic upgrades to over 250k
• Labor costs in the pacific northwest are the highest in the country
• Contractors often have surprise pricing, called “changeorders”
• General contractors markup the cost that they get from their subcontractors
• Final invoicing is often 30-50% over the initial estimate
• Materials are often unavailable. Supply doesn’t always meet demand
• Good contractors are hard to come by. If you happen to find a good contractor, they are probably busy until next year
• Our prices are far less than a typical remodel cost. We have kitchens that start at $5,000. Our pricing is consistent and transparent. We charge by the square foot, so everyone gets the same treatment

• Tearing out cabinets means you are tearing out flooring which means you are tearing out drywall which means you are painting

• Cutting things in and around the house is inherently dusty
• Homeowner, kids, and their pets are all exposed to chemicals, mold, and dust during a remodel
• Cutting and fabricating is done in our shop, protecting you from dust, chemicals, and microbial growth
